Will the Loss of Medicare Bonuses for Doctors Affect....

I was listening to the radio earlier to day and they had this story on: End Of Medicare Bonuses Will Cut Pay To Primary Care Doctors : Shots - Health News : NPR

Basically it's the end to a Medicare bonus program for doctors. I could see it affecting the already squeezed MA programs. I'm not sure how or if it would affect Medigap policies in any way.

I see no impact to Medigap which pays 20% of the Part B fee schedule. These were quarterly bonus payments made outside of the fee schedule payment methodology.
