Workflow for new client

Tested out Connecture and I don't like it. It's the same as the Medicare enrollment center and it's been like that for 5+ years. Looks and functions feel very outdated. Sunfire is better IMO.
If it were better I would change to Agency Bloc for the integration but I'll stick with Radius Bob for now.

Never used Sunfire . List some things on it that are better . I find Connecture super easy to use . There adding several new features this yr

The application process is much smoother with sunfire. You can add doctors and drugs to filter in what plans take them. It lets you know on the main screen if there's a part b giveback. It just looks better.
To each their own but connecture looks old to me

Can you do the health assessment from Sunfire or Connecture?

Don't you have to do it through the carriers enrollment tool in order to get credit for it?

Connecture has gotten approval from United and Humana to integrate it I was told for aep . I don't know what other carriers .

@kstein I also had the same problem with spending WAY too much time on appointment scheduling, SOAs, and collecting info from clients. I set up a few automated workflows around this, like creating an automated text message with a video introducing myself and a link for clients to book an appointment directly. Has saved loads of time but took a while for me to set it up (have some software engineering background, which helped!). Happy to share how I did that if it's helpful
I'd take a look if you don't mind.

How are the webinars going?

You use FB to market the webinars right?
Can you share what your typical cost per lead is?
Any specific webinar platform you recommend?

Back to doing seminars as well?

Webinar numbers have plateaued but still viable.
In Feb I had 55 people sit during my 3 webinars. Then by July that number went down to 15 but still worth it at $1k. I got 11 appts from those 15 and should sell 5 and one of those is a follow up annuity appt next week.

I just started seminars back up last month. Two seminars with a total of 10 showed for $600.
I wish my local libraries would open up their meeting rooms again but with Delta they are holding off at least until Jan.
My webinars are FB ads and seminars are DM cards. I use Big Marker to host my webinars.

I agree I like Sunfire better for the actual application process.

There's 2 things I've noticed for Connecture that I like better and wish Sunfire could do.

It's easier in Connecture to send the required info from like SOB and star ratings. With Sunfire, I have to download the file, save it, and email it myself versus Connecture I just check a box and email the "quote" to do a remote presentation.

It also seems like Connecture has the ability to set up EFT payments with more companies than Sunfire which is handy, especially for drug plans.

Outside of that, Sunfire seems much easier for clients to complete the signature.

Appreciate your answers.

The $1K was for 15 attendees/leads for the webinar, so roughly $66 per lead.

Do you do any other marketing?
Or perhaps will start to if the webinars don't pick up a bit?
