I really can't tell. Googler loves EHealth and Healthinsurance.org and another big one and those never touched me and now they do. Not fair but not much you can do.
I'm keeping track of my most important key word phrases. Also, Jeremy (two posts above) usually knows what Google is doing about as quickly as anybody.

The dust is still settling . Rankings are still moving on some of my sites but on some of them, like the niche ones, they are just gone from google.
I got a big bump to page one of google without doing anything except having exact exchange name domains. Search any state health exchange dot com. Ex: Texas Health Exchange. I have no idea why, it happened a couple months ago with the google changes. Look for description of "Your private health insurance exchange". Always been on top on yahoo and bing. I'm not an SEO guy, and I'm on top. Anyone know why?
