Any suggestions on software to use for calling (power dailer not needed), sending/receiving SMS in Zoho CRM. One that I would also be able to create workflow to send multiple SMS messages before a scheduled Zoom meeting.

I love it. Endless customizations, and you can integrate just about any app into Zoho.

I use Google Talk. I like it cuz I can use speaker phone. Also, if you want to text you can. Then cut n paste any notes back to Zoho from PC/Zoho.
