FWIW, I really don't care what market anyone works, or how they choose to work. All that really matters in the long run, is the agent ethical and performing a service to the client, or, are they simply chasing dollars and moving on to the next fish?

Agents like that will never take business away from me, so why should I care?

I have clients that have been with me 20 years and longer. These are folks I had before they aged into Medicare.

If you want a printed directory, they will mail you one on request. Members only.

I only use SS as insurance against an LEP. Clients always encouraged to pay cash or use a discount card instead of the drug plan, ANY drug plan. Generic copays on most plans are considerably higher than cash payments.

I have great results with SS, if they will use CVS. I feel like there are now 3 sets of Part D clients:

CVS/SS
Walmart/Humana

Everyone else :)
