I rarely do, either. Typically, I use Medicare.gov and then go from there.

I started about 10 1/2 months ago .I'm near 270 active . I've lost around 15 to date and none in last 5 months . I door knock every lead.. In duals and lis ( About 80% of my business) face to face is critical .This year I'm looking to add many medigap and non duals to the mix. I had to start somewhere . The amount of referrals I'm getting is staggering . I've helped over 50 people get Lis,Qmb and or part of their part B back. I'm helping so many people and i really enjoy this . My mind is like a sponge in this because i like it . I don't sell I advise and help people . My goal is 1500 active in 5 years and 750 aca . In 18 months I'll hire an assistant and then in 2-3 yrs they'll be full time . With the mailers my fmo sent out I'm near 220 dm leads plus since i'm ambassador level with Humana i'm in their pilot program this year taking internet leads from their website. Yeah Bob knows his shit no doubt but he needs to be a little nicer!!!

I guarantee f2f can't scale like over the phone. It's simply too easy now to sell virtually - windshield time is for ups drivers making $23/hr delivering Amazon packages.. We can make 300k+ with a solid book...

But you can probably build a solid book f2f even over 1k active - it just might drain you a bit. And coming home feeling drained is not ideal.

100% agree over the phone much more efficient .But i also sell a ton of life insurance I'd never sell off medicare clients if it weren't for face to face.In order for me to get started fast i had to do dual/lis . Lead system in place to accomplish that . Yesterday and today I've written 5 . I feel I'm getting some loyalty the way I'm selling . I'll be doing much more medigap and middle income mapd starting this Aep. But no doubt face to face exhausting . Aca is nice in that its all over the phone .
