LD, how many clients did you have that had the Humana Walmart plan call and complain about their premium jumping from $20 a month to $60 a month?

didn't see this before but you made my point the Humana Walmart plan on average was $30 they were moved to the Premier plan as you put it is on average $60 give or take in my county it is $56.50
they were not moved to the new humana Walmart plan which is $13.29 and closes benefit to what they had previously

Humana WalMart pdp plan members were NOT moved to a new plan in 2020.
What the Humana CSR's should have told you is that Humana was not allowed to move those plan members in 2020. Humana was not allowed to move those plan members because the CMS contract number for the plan they were enrolled in did not change from 2019 to 2020.
What Humana has demonstrated is that change in a plan name does not necessarily equate to a change in the plan's CMS contract id.
Humana Clients on several plans were put into the same plan
Besides that Whatever they did to match the plan numbers is still manipulation to put clients in the plan they wanted
it does not matter is a plan Number changed the plan changed and the plan name changed
And at the same time, they opened a new plan with a similar name to the old plan that had similar plan benefits to the old plan

I don't know if the number changed or not does not concern me, But I would question how multiple plans went to this same plan,
But again really does not matter, Because WHO cares Clients care about what the plan will cost them and how it covers meds

See now some of you are changing the narrative and don't want to admit that Lost Dollar is right. Yes, technicalities won't appease anyone's anger, but the facts are that the 2019 Walmart PDP had a name change and premium increase while keeping the same CMS contract and PBP numbers for every state. Yes, 2019 Enhanced PDP members were moved from their existing contract and PBPs to join those Walmart members into the Premier PDP. And yes, Humana did the dirty by adding to the confusion by starting the 2020 Walmart Value PDP.
And for anyone wanting to know why 2019 Walmart couldn't just be moved into 2020 Walmart Value it's because Value was a completely new plan so enrollment applications had to be completed by anyone wanting it. So What, You are talking about a technicality that does not translate in the real world, Its a bunch of baloney
What you are saying is the pan used the same plan number so that the previous Walmart clients were put into or stayed in it however you want to put it
It does not matter The benefits and pricing most resemble their previous higher option plan
And the new Humana Walmart plan most resemble the previous humana Walmart plan
So this was manipulated to look that way doesn't change what was done
All that is just BS
all it amounts to is They Pee'd on their clients and said its raining
