Odd, still can't get in. Tried different computers and networks. When I put in my username and password it just reloads the homepage.

I guess you'll have to call for tech support Monday.

If you have chrome try opening an "incognito window" and give that a shot. Doing that gives you a completely fresh browser instance.

The e-apps I submitted successfully today were on my iPad. I'll bet that would work for those using a PC.
