Well, don't you just put your client with another MAPD and continue getting your commission that way?
That is what most agents would do and they understand that it is part of the business much like you do with Med Supps. Some agents don't seem to be able to grasp this concept and the next thing you know they are on a forum much like this one complaining about having to do AHIP each and every year and how that's BS and besides, the government is eventually going to take every dime you make anyway. Paranoia will destroy ya!![]()
