Patch,maybe you get to upset if things don't turn out and you lose your edge as a salesman and agent. I just treat people the same. If a lead doesn't work out. I don't take that lead to the next lead. Update,i have had 3 more appiontments set since my last post.Had 2 presentations and got 1 sale! Thats pretty good in my book!! I have friends who are doing better then me with there lead program. Sorry, i don't understand the problem you had.Maybe ,you didn't treat the appointment setter right? Myself and the other agents i know are doing ok with this company.Not all the leads work out.But,when they do it paids some much more then what i paid into it !!

I am sure it was me after reading your posts and remarkable success story.

I run appts all the time and am successful. I never got to interact with the appt setter. They generally never set me any appts to interact with them about. Like I said, I was lucky to get 1 appt set out of 4 ordered for a week. It went on for months with different setters. My appts were a week or more apart. Perhaps I carried an attitude for a week? Please.

I am happy for you, but I hope nobody here wastes their time or money with this company. I know what a good appt is. I know that not all appts are good. I have done the appt thing for many years and am still doing it, successfully.

I went 3 months waiting for a good appt. It never happened. I got the run around from their people, lied to and strung along. If I had gotten even 1 appt that was qualified and matched up to the BS their appt setter told me and the client, I might see things differently.

Patch, i guess that was your problem. You never took the time to talk to your caller and be successful.That wasn't smart.If you paid and you don't bother to get to know the person who books you.That is a backward way of doing business.I talk with the appointmentsetter all the time.Because i want him to make money for me and it works.I'm not the only one in this business making money with this company. I read a couple things some guys say and i scatch my head .Like that Mickey guy he stated i ran 2 appointments and they sucked.Now he tells everybody they are scams.THats crazy ! I've had 2 appointments that didn't work out in a row! But, I've made good money and i like the service. I don't like reading things when i know they are not true ! My fellow agents have also made money. YOU ARE GIVING OUT WRONG INFORMATION ! I'm a winner and like this company !!!

Good for you. I asked for contact numbers. I tried to talk to my appt setter. I was told many times he would call to go over things and get to know me, ect. NEVER did. The only way I ever got to talk to a live person was to send emails and then John (maybe you?) would eventually call and give me the same song and dance. This went on week after week, promise to call after promise to call.

Maybe if would have worked if they (you?) had actually set me more than 1 appt a week, and some weeks, none out of 4. I'm happy for you. But don't make assumptions about me and the job they (you?) did for me. It was horrible. Others may have different experiences, but after months of this crap I gave up on them.

I really am beginning to think you are a plant for them. Show me another agent, other than someone signing up and ONLY making posts promoting Annuity Lead Source who has had a good experience.

Good come back. Make other statements that are not true.I read what you said and disagree and been reading what you say about marketing and think you are a little behind in your marketing. YOU want to mislead with your failure.THere are good agents,fair agents.bad agents. You are misleading the good and fair !!!I'm just trying to help patch ! You call me names and act like you know it all !! You forget what you say and that is your weak point !! Plus i don't want you to hurt my sales or money !! My truth is better and i'm making money. All you do is plant silly mind games and tell everybody how you lost and you didn"t even play the game riight !! So, you are the plant for the loser !! RIGHT !! SORRY,READERS HE IS TELLING YOU STORY ABOUT LOSING AND I BELIEVE IN WINNING !! He wiill say something else and i won't say anything, I know who i am and wake up everyday working hard,helping people, and winning for them and me !!

Ok. I am a failure. You are a brilliant agent and are getting great preset appts from Annuity Lead Source.

You started the name calling. Almost all of your posts have been about how great Annuity Lead Source is and what a loser I am because my experience with them was not good.

There is much I could learn from you it seems. Grammar, spelling, punctuation, humility and marketing skills just to name a few. Perhaps when you have made a few more posts here other than praise for Annuity Lead Source, I can pick up some of your invaluable techniques and use them to make sales.

Your right !! Patchman, I'm a great saleman and believe in myself. I didn't go to the greatest schools and had to fight to get what i have! I fight in what i believe in. A friend of mind will be posting soon .I don't live on this forum and don't care to !! He'll tell his story. I think he made 150,000 in com. last 4 month using this company ! MAYbe you will learn something from him!! He went to better school and he's a winner.See you later follow agents. It's been fun !! Now you got patch and all the ??? to listen to !! Hey neil. You started this. I had a bad experience with them, as have others. You have had a good experience. Great for you, but your passion and defensiveness lead me to believe you are pumping the company. You attacked me and others saying it was our fault, we lacked the professionalism and experience to know good appts from bad. I have run many preset appts and have had much success, except with this company. That is my experience, whether you choose to believe it or not.

I have been using Annuity lead source for the past 2 months. They have set me 2 appointments where the individual had no idea why I was there, it actually was quite embarrassing. I am in agreement with Patch and I believe Neilman is a plant, someone from annuity lead source. Annuity lead source talks a big game, however, they have not produced. In this business, talk is talk, numbers do not lie...MATH IS NOT AN OPINION!! Neilman, if Annuity Lead Source is sooooo great, why are you the ONLY one here praising them? I would like to see actuall commission statements to back up your claims. I have been in the business for 6 years, sales for 29 years, and this is the best 'smoke and mirrors' act I have encountered. For a lead to be a lead it needs to be qualified. Annuity Lead Source leads are NOT QUALIFIED. I would like to hear from someone other than Neilman that have had success with this company. I have written over $200K in annuities over the past 2 months using my own program. Annuity Lead Source has not even come close to honoring our written agreement and I am going to be asking for a refund.

So let me get the straight. Patch has over 500 points and most of them have proven his intelligence on many subjects, mostly dealing with seniors. Neilman doesn't even have 20 and just joined the board a week ago mainly to disagree with Patch.

This is a really hard decision, but I have a gut feeling that Patch might be the person to listen to in this discussion.

By the way, I don't sell annuities so I don't give a rat's ass about lead sources.
