Another MOJO Dialer Question...

Hellooooo, $4 an hour, times a 40 hour week is $160 per week! LOL

If you want a dialer , but don't want to spend $100-150 month, check out CallFire.com. They lease the dialer by the hour. I think it's works out to be $4 per hour.

Two things:

1: Maybe that's why they aren't successful.

2: And if they were on a dialer 40 hours, they wouldn't have time or desire to be on this board as much.

Show many anyone on this board who is on a dialer 40 hours a week.

Come on, Rob, you know you do not need to be on a dialer 40 hours a week to be successful, nor would any of us want to be.

10 hours per week is all anyone needs to cold call with a dialer to yield 5 apps per week. If you are using Callfire you can get it for $2-$4 per hour depending on how many lines you want to dial out. Assuming 2 lines at $3/hr x 10 hrs = $30 per week or $120 per month. What makes Callfire nice is that you control your costs. With MOJO you pay $150 per month whether you are using it or not.

Delmarva------I don't know anyone who pays 150 mo for MOJO everyone pays 95. plus 25 for recording if u want it.

And Rob, 40 hours a week...8 hours a day....is not effective.

You are a long time salesguy, you know like I do when telemarketing first started the avg shift was 4 hours, cause that's all a rep is really good for.

Has anyone used Mojo or any other dialer system for Final Expense? If so, how many calls/sale? Hours/sale? How many lines/agents? Etc. Comparison to DM leads, telemarketed leads, etc. Pros and cons appreciated.

Has anyone tried an on site dialer like the ones that Voicent sells?

I'm guessing you would need three phone lines if I'm understanding this product correctly but the dialer is yours to keep.

I was looking at voicent too - but I am having a hard time grasping the "true cost". How much is the VOIP for this going to cost? What other equipment do I have to buy?

As I understand it, voicent will sell me a software based dialer with 4 outbound lines that will run on my laptop. the outbound lines can either go through a hardware based card that I can buy separately, or through Skype, which has a per minute charge. Also, I need to buy a special headset to plug into the laptop. Not all headsets are alike, so lets assume that i have to buy 3 before I find one I like. That gets me to $500 for the software, $150 for the headsets, plus the per minute charge for Skype.

Does anyone see anything I am missing? is the interface on Mojo/callfire/any service I have to pay monthly for the next 10 years significantly better?

I have tried Skype and it is too unreliable for business, in my opinion. I use MOJO and it is worth every dime that I have paid for it this year. I haven't tried every dialer out there, but I can't imagine that there are any that are better.

I would suggest MOJO and a landline. That is what I use and it works out very well for me.

I believe that what you need is the software, the headset, the voip services. The software costs you already know, the headsets would be 30 dollars per set. Most stores have plenty to choose from. The voip services is cheap, 1 cent to 1.5 cents per minutes. You can also use those unlimited plan too. But if you are making a lot of calls, most unlimited plan has 3000 minutes soft cap for consumer line and 5000 minutes for business line per month. So for heavy users, it is better to get per minute line. I got my line for an average of 1 cent per minute.
I am not sure the voicent has good reporting function. But other services would be good to use with reporting functions. Mojo costs 100 dollars or more per month to use their system with unlimited calling. But you have to have a line to connect to their line. That is another cost to you. If you can get good leads from the Mojo, the cost is nothing compared with the sales volume increase. I know people used Mojo and got good results. But I have not seen anyone claiming good success with Voicent. I personally own Voicent Broadcastbyphone. It was a 3 line one. But I never use it due to the Skype limitation. Now they have voip option which is good. But I might have to pay to upgrade from version 6.5 to version 7. I am not sure I want to do that.
If you are technically capable, you may look into the free callcenter software like vicidial, osdial. I built a callcenter with Vicidial. It is a pain to configure it correctly and there is not much help from the community. You have to pay for the manuals which costs you 200 dollars. If you pay for consulting, yes, you get it. You are looking to pay 200 to 400 dollars for the consulting to get it installed and configured. You also need your hardware server for 400 to 700 dollars. Once you get it setup, you can have as many lines as your hardware can handle. I am currently running 4 seats, possible expanding to 12 seats. The expansion will be in Philippine since I can hire for 900 dollars per month per telemarketer without any other cost. Here in US, I have to pay 10 dollars or more per hour. If I hire full time telemarketers, I may have to pay benefit. So there is no doubt to go overseas. Anyway, we all want to make money and reduced the cost. Find any way to suit your needs.
