Anybody Heard of Bay Planning?

Has any of you heard or used Bay Planning? They offer a $19 fixed price DM lead.

They're the Higgenbottom (I know I screwed up their name) family agency in Florida with their own mailhouse for in-agency use. They do mortgage protection, FE and Med supps last time I checked.

I had a Major Medical contract with Bay Insurance Marketing out of Palm Harbor, Florida. They also had a branch in the Chicago area. I haven't had any contact with them since 2003. Don't know if that's the same outfit, or if they're still around.
