Is Sons of Norway still useful?

Sons of Norway just sent me the kindest threatening email I've ever seen! It started off telling me how great their new FE product is, and encouraging me to call in to schedule training on it. Then at the very bottom of the email was a short paragraph reminding me that agents without production within 6 months are subject to termination. Even that was nicely worded. Made me want to say I'm sorry and give them a hug!

So, maybe I'll look into it. What do you guys think of their new LegacySure product? Anybody written it? Does it fill any niches?

We just went through a sample e-app with them and it's amazing what they take. Of course, the comp level isn't great compared to others.

They are OK. They use the same iCover eApp as KSKJ and PFA. Very simple process. Take a lot of conditions with the "intuitive" underwriting. It's hard to pin down what's good to go or not with them until you do the app.

They are not priced well. That's the biggest problem.

It doesn't seem to be something you can nail down exactly. They take stuff that the paper app question would make you think they don't. All the companies that use that same e-app seem to underwrite in a more favorable direction than you expect them to.

I just signed back up with them and my FMO asked if I wanted advancing. Maybe the girl in contracting was mistaken.
