Anybody Know this Guy?

I know I lose money on mine selling them for $10 each but I make it up on overrides. Maybe I'm offering too high of comp with street contracts?

Whatever hapenned to those reviews that agents were going to give on your leads ?

I think there was one I read that sounded good.

Thanks for asking! I've been real busy with the EFES merge & running 35 DM a week so I haven't really been focusing on the reviews.

Doug Massi sold $2,500 AP off 5 leads (then I couldn't get any more as he's in FL).

Another agent in Indiana went above the 10X ROI & is finishing up.

Also, Todd out of Chicago worked in Indiana and made OVER $4,000 off his $200 lead investment. Here's Todd's review:

So, are the typically tough states, Fl, CA, Georgia, etc., tough to generate facebook leads as well ?

How many and how often can you generate typically in say a decent sized county/city ?

Trying to figure out the limitations of these. Sounds more limited than telemarketing.

Good question. I cannot disclose how they're generated but FL is the only state I've had a problem in. Haven't tried in GA. In Southern California I have generated about 100 leads in 7 days in about a 30 mile radius (Riverside area). I have used them as a full time lead source in the past but since traffic is so heavy down here I decided it'd work better for me as a supplemental lead to DM.

When I went to Iowa for a wedding recently I was able to generate 14 in 3-4 days in the Des Moines Metro area. Brought my bro in law to the appointments and closed 100% of the appointments. He told me it couldn't be a normal day because they were all lay downs. Lol

Do you call and pretty the appointment or do you DK the Facebook leads?

I can't disclose which platforms I use to generate my internet leads but I call and set appointments.

How's it 75% is not highway robbery when you're making money selling $10 leads vs his $15? He makes 130% min with Lbl. You're making money with a 10-15% spread and he's not making big money with a 55% spread?lol on every $2k ap a week agent he nets $800.
Because it cost money to generate a high quality internet lead. He nor I is making anything on the lead sales, rather making some our money back.

I wouldn't say it's a great opportunity. But it's not highway robbery. Reason is because (assuming his are as high quality as mine) it's a better lead than direct mail for half the price & an AMAZING turn around time (again, assuming his are like mine). Most agents don't have the capital for direct mail lead deposits.

For this reason I have been strongly considering offering a start up package for new agents that can't afford direct mail. Something like a $500 start up fee which gets them 50 exclusive internet leads in their area. With my "10X ROI guarantee for they're free" they would make at least $5,000 in commissions. Almost like giving them a $5,000 business start up loan for $500.........

Why don't you use them ahead of direct mail ?

You said you could get 100 in 7 days for a 30 mi. radius. If doing fixed price leads the radius probably is just a little smaller than that I would think.

Direct mail 35 per week = 35 * $28 = $980 a week.

Facebook 35 * $10 = $350 a week.

Savings =$630 a week.

Or can't you target by zip code with facebook ?

But you can't work them long term like DM. Your area will dry up within a few orders.
