Anybody Know this Guy?

I can't disclose which platforms I use to generate my internet leads but I call and set appointments.

----------

Because it cost money to generate a high quality internet lead. He nor I is making anything on the lead sales, rather making some our money back.

I wouldn't say it's a great opportunity. But it's not highway robbery. Reason is because (assuming his are as high quality as mine) it's a better lead than direct mail for half the price & an AMAZING turn around time (again, assuming his are like mine). Most agents don't have the capital for direct mail lead deposits.

For this reason I have been strongly considering offering a start up package for new agents that can't afford direct mail. Something like a $500 start up fee which gets them 50 exclusive internet leads in their area. With my "10X ROI guarantee for they're free" they would make at least $5,000 in commissions. Almost like giving them a $5,000 business start up loan for $500.........

Something smells fishy..

Again, not going to disclose how they're generated. :)

& I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion. But, okay.......

He probably came to the conclusion that they were limited because he was replying to a post from Benny the Bull saying that your area will dry up within a few orders.

I never asked you to disclose that. I notice you keep saying this.

One thing you said you could only generate 5 for Doug because he is in Florida.

Plus you agreed they have their limitations.

You don't use them yourself full time, even though you say they are higher quality, less expensive and you can generate leads faster.

I would think the cost, quality, and speed of these leads would outweigh the extra driving. This could be wrong though ?

I believe Ben mentioned that they dry up quickly.

That is why I say that,

I keep saying I cant disclose how I generate them because you and others keep referring them to as my "Facebook leads". :) They are simply internet leads generated with unconventional ways.

I get this question a lot. I know it's hard to imagine... but traffic is horrible in Southern California. When I ran these full time I was driving 45 minutes - 1 hour in between appointments. So, even though they're higher quality, over the course of a week with Direct Mail I am able to run about 10 more appointments than with internet leads exclusively. Over the course of a month that's 40 appointments.

What I do is hybrid. Whatever couple cities I'm in for the week I generate a hand full of internet leads out there. I'm able to get a couple easy sales with higher premiums which pay for my $1,000 lead bill & I don't have to be stuck in traffic!

You have to be contracted under me & have a DM order form submitted to EFES before I will start generating you leads.

Even Ben has told me it sounds like a scam to have a guarantee that good but I don't care. It's a lead that deserves a guarantee like that.

For the record....

Agents pay with PayPal. PayPal has a standard 7 day money back guarantee with all purchases. By the middle of the week agents have a decent sample size. I guarantee at least $2,000 in commissions will be made by the 7th day. (20 leads @ $10 each = $200 X 10 ROI = 2,000.) If you're the first agent that doesn't hit it or you're not satisfied for any reason you simply get your money back from PayPal.

So either I'm lying & you're going to waste 1 hour of your time on the phone calling bogus leads & you'll get your money back OR I have an AMAZING lead.

There's no risk. :goofy:

So now they are not facebook leads ?

I know this to be very accurate. Very frustrating. Especially after 3pm.

What I do is hybrid. Whatever couple cities I'm in for the week I generate a hand full of internet leads out there. Generated 13 in 48 hours from Friday to Sunday for this week. Since I run so many leads I am able to cherry pick the appointments and only set with people that confirm over the phone that they're actually looking for final expense life insurance. That weeds out the people who think it's free & people who aren't that serious. It's a beautiful thing :D BUT not for everyone!

How can you generate more in CA than you could Florida ?

I would think CA just as tough.

Ah.. your 'guarantee' is banking that PayPal holds true to their refund policy..

This guarantee not only smells fishy but this is a full fledged Deadliest Catch Episode--Sardine Cannery's included..

Don't think that is what he is saying. He is saying that if he did not carry through with his guarantee, which there is no reason to assume he would not keep his word, then the buyer has the PayPal guarantee as a backup. Nothing fishy here.
