Anyone Here with Work Experience with Both NYL and NWM?

Trying to decide between offers from both. Hoping for some first person accounts from folks who maybe started with one and switched to the other. I've gone through both processes and now it's decision making time. They're both great so it's a wonderful problem to have, choosing between two fantastic opportunities.

I switch all the time. I switch NYL and NWM to more competitive carriers.

Both are good companies with solid histories. Trust your gut and your eyes more than your ears. Cut everything a sales manager tells you in half. It will be more realistic.

Look around at the housed agents, are there agents representing every year in the last 10? If the closest existing agents are five years or more out, run.....

You can be successful at either place or fail miserably. Pay attention to the surroundings. It's great to be romanced, but realize it's sort of a one night stand, be aware. Check the many posts here about the companies.
