Well, If there is a system that makes keeps client information organized, reminds you about followups, readily exposes cross-selling and rollover opportunities you may have missed, etc., etc., it may be VERY beneficial. BATTLE also has this Medicare "genie" quote site that prospects can use to see if their eligible, eliminating hours of work interviewing and weeding out bad leads. I am VERY interested in getting a CRM. I use google apps and smartsheets currently and its ok but I really want something that does it all in one place. If anyone has experience with a good CRM tailored for Med Sup, final expense, etc. I would love to hear it.
