Bcbs wait time

We're past the middle of January and many BCBS clients now have both a 2013 and 2014 policy in effect...and many many more issues. BCBS needs to hold an interactive webinar, like they used to do when they were all excited about frickin Obamacare.
 
It would be pointless Allen, they have literally no clue what is going since I have been talking to them these last couple of weeks. I'm tired of it.
 
On a positive note...last weeks email said that bills were going out. And I had a client receive his February bill today.

I'm confident this will be better by 2nd quarter. Or the vodka is confident. One of those!!!

BILLS GOING OUT is one of the problems I'm having. Every one of my applicants signed up for Auto-Checking-Deduction payment of premiums. But, most are getting premium bills via U.S. Mail. I'm telling them to ignore the paper bills because they enrolled in PAC, and it's Blue Cross's responsibility to now go to the bank and get the money.
 
I haven't heard that one. This is my only client who didn't do auto draft. And he was calling me daily on "where's my bill?"

YES!!! I am so happy that I told my clients to "stay the course" 1st quarter was going to suck.

These are all new clients. Mostly ones that were on the high risk pool.
