I will try to make it to the NW Louisiana blitz at the end of this month to help train some agents, so I will get a taste of some cajun business then.

The folks in NW Louisiana are about as Cajun as the people in San Antonio!! You won't get to Cajun country until you get to the Ville Platte area 50 miles south or so of Alexandria. There are only about 5-6 actual Cajun parishes. Many folks also think New Orleans is Cajun but it isn't.

Not too bad, some Cajun accent but not too many like Troy Landry on Swamp People, lol. The food down here is second to none though....Lafayette placed first in the country even ahead of New Orleans in a restaurant food poll not long ago.
