Happy birthday Ben and where is this poker tourney in NC?

As for commissions, I prefer how Trinity/Family Benefits pays. They pay half on approval and the other half days after first premium is collected. I think everyone likes to get paid something sooner rather than later for their hard work. I treat the second half as a "bonus". Kinda best of both worlds being paid now and later.

I personally think the Hawaiian beaches are the best in the USA. Although Destin is very nice!

Actually spur I have one of the cheapest homes within 20 miles of thousands of homes.Homes go from $500k to $15 mil and Pcb can confirm the area and the home prices.I'm within 3 miles of Seaside,Fla on 30-a. I like you Spur you're a cool guy. I think i'll invite you down there.
