Actually spur I have one of the cheapest homes within 20 miles of thousands of homes.Homes go from $500k to $15 mil and Pcb can confirm the area and the home prices.I'm within 3 miles of Seaside,Fla on 30-a. I like you Spur you're a cool guy. I think i'll invite you down there.

30A is a happening place. Truly one of the prettiest areas and best beaches in the Continental U.S. Where I live now, 2 miles from Siesta Key, even though they won the title last year of the "best beach in the U.S.", it's no comparison to the Panhandle beaches. My absolute favorite beach is Grayton Beach, near where Petey's crib is. Maybe he'll let me visit sometime? That is, if he stops saying mean things about Ben and others.

I'd love to see him do a headspin in the sand....just like he did in that FE prospect's living room.

That's were my house is Grayton beach. I'm 1/2 mile from the red bar and shortys. I have a beach permit and park My 1985 CJ 7 on the beach and walk to the Red bar.The beach is 100 yards wide and in the summer 200 people on it. I also bought 5 lots in 2009 when I bought the house and they've risen 5 fold off the bottom. Got for 10 cent on the $ and was pure luck.Its true Paradise but the fe sucks their. Grayton was voted top beach by Dr beach in 1994

The Keys are super nice but no beach to speak of.

Grayton Beach is the only place in the region where you can take a 4-wheel drive vehicle directly out onto the sand (with a permit!)
