Columbian Won't Speak to Agents Even Though Client Gives Permission?

I have to call CFG tomorrow to have them stop drafting for a client. Should I expect any hassle from them with that?

What I learned from this thread is that it's a HIPPA violation if you are present and tell them you are an agent. It is not a HIPPA violation if you are present and tell them you are a friend.
