Daily Cold Call Stats

An hour doing research is not a lot of time.. Takes a few minutes each lead. A small price for quality calls. 200 dials in 3 hours is almost 60 calls an hour. If you were doing the High Probability Selling method I could see that but it goes to the quality of the call again. High production, low quality, more running around, lower sales. I know the cycle. You call someone up... do you want this? No.. do you want this? No... Do you want this? YES... wooo hoooo. hahaha

What is the process for researching your leads to make sure they are "quality" leads?
 
I'm 37. I remember the days of the corded rotary phones and party lines.

I grew up with a party line and didn't have otherwise until 1977. Back in the day we had a party line if you we're selling over the phone you would have been presenting to 8 people each time.

last year, my wife hooked up the old French Provincial phone that had belonged to her mother. None of our younger grand kids, ages 7, 9, 12 had any idea how to use the rotary dial! :laugh:

Thats in the targeting.. the research is just making sure you have the right person. Most lists are outdated.
You are telling me what it is but not how. Knowing what without how is not very beneficial. How do you go about the "targeting?"

Thats part of the secret but only part. You then have to build your message AROUND that market. You need to learn how to communicate with your audience. I'm not a big believer in giving fish.. you need to learn these things on your own. I can point you in the right direction but you need to do the work.

Gee. That is mighty nice of you.. Guess after 42 years in this business I just need to go to work.. :skeptical:
 
If you got 42 yrs in the business and dont know how to target market then you got more problems that I can help with.
You reckon it could be that I was trying to learn if you know what you are talking about since you are only willing to talk in cliche filled generalities?..Naw, that couldn't be it.. :D
