I thought Manhattan life does but apparently they do not

And is in addition does any count previous cov towards waiting periods?

I would still want to know if ones do not

Careington 500 dental savings plan includes implants at 20% off day 1 coverage but as you probably know its not insurance and its $10 a month

Check out Apex Dental. State availability seems to be mixed but $5,000 max benefit and they do have implant coverage.

Just looked at Ameritas.com and it says the maximum benefit for their most expensive plan is $2500 per year.

So not "implants" but maybe one per year...

That is probably going to be typical of most dental plans.

The posts in the thread remind me that Major services are usually covered at 50% (of the plan's approved amount).

Most policies that people might want to pay for on a long term basis will have annual coverage maximums in a range of $1,000 to $2,500. Most people are probably not going to want to pay the premiums for a $5,000-$6,000 plan for a long term.

Also (unless there is a waiver for prior coverage and a person can meet those requirements) there will be a 12 month waiting period for payments at the maximum 50% rate.
