Door Knocking DM Leads

I like to door knock my DM leads. I do find myself finding lots of the leads not home. I use a rout planner, hit them all then backtrack for the day.

Just curious if there is a better way to get more presentations done in a day? I seem to only get 0 to 2 or three in a day.

Try increasing your lead flow and start setting some appointments by phone.

Since you've worked 1000s of fe leads, typically on a first try, would you get more to answer their door than a call?

Or is it pretty close?

Door knock 6-9. IMHO you will double contact rates compared to 9-5.

I had to read it a couple times as well, but what i think he means is change the time of day you are door knocking...evening instead of day

Yes. Door knock 6-9 instead of 9-5

That's their advice. Although Agentguy5's advice is probably more effective.

The best way to get more presentations is as Doug said, make appointments.

If not that then just keep going back. They will be home at some time. If they are never home then they aren't a prospect anyway.
