Fair MAPD Commission split

Isn't there a company (sorry I don't remember the name) that will take a referral for MAPD leads and give you a hundred bucks? For agents who don't want to get certified. Does anyone know/remember the name of this company?

Random companies around the us can do that but they won't take your lead and sell them. Doesn't really apply here. Referral fees are ok.
