Jody, I didn't want or expect for you to take your site down either. I think you have a great start with it.
I was just giving my opinion that if you are doing it as a recruiting site to make that known. I don't like the Dave Ramsey type recommendations where one mutual fund salesman in town is good and the rest are all bad (local endorsed paid providers) or the AARP type insurance endorsements - one Med Sup insurer is good, the rest are bad.
I think a collective site of good information is a good thing. But I think credit should be given to where it originates from. And you have acknowledged that the Equita program under Travis probably WOULD have worked for you IF you hadn't tried to use proven marketing methods for simplified issue products but wrote fully underwritten.
I think this forum USED to be more of a free exchange of good information. Now everybody has an angle on something. That's why a lot of the old posts have a lot of great information and the newer ones are just fluff and spam.

I've been sitting on the sidelines watching in a bit of amazement over this thread. I've never seen a bunch of supposedly grown men so threatened by someone compiling helpful information and offering it to other people at a price.

Oh B.S.......Your name is JODI and er uh well er uh well shouldnt you be on the phone making your 20,000 dollars for the month.....I mean what with Christmas and the holidays your going to be short a few working days huh? Cut the crapola son if I had 50 dollars for every fake testimonial Ive seen of yours in this forum I would have enough money to go up to Best Buy and buy me a 50 inch LCD TV. Whoever owns this forum should start charging all these chumps a dollar for every post they make trying to hawk their services. Call it the one dollar rule. And I bet that rule would work. If these mooching street panhandlers er I mean net scam artists were forced to cough up just one lousy buck for each one of their advertisement posts they would be gone in a minute. I've been accused of bashing/sabotaging his site. Equita recruiter, peddling lead cards and and expensive mailers.
Anti independent agents, pro 50% contracts + lead cost no release.
Could someone please show me where in my posts I said or implied the above.
I've said nothing of his web-site, except "Try finalexpense101.com, only $50.
People on here swear by it."
I have used his own words. Broke in July 09 and making 20-30k continually in November 09. Can't keep a deal on the books in July, now only lost 2. And it goes on and on.
His responses don't justify or defend his quotes. I don't think he understands even what he says.
I put them up for people to put in context to what he is saying/claiming now.
People jumped on me defending him. People who admittedly know nothing of his site or him, and or are not even licensed.
I could care less what people do. You want to smoke crack and jump off bridges, more power to you.
I don't care how detailed the web-site is. When a sales expert admittedly (documented) goes through 90% of a
SALES presentation and doesn't know if "Mrs. Jones" has a checking account. That pathetic, garbage, called sh**ing the bed.
Thats like a dentist going through a 45 minute questionniare with a patient. Then asking the patient to open up his mouth to see what tooth is getting the filing. To find out he has no teeth.
