That is correct but a $100,000 home would never qualify. They are looking for million dollar homes, with a huge yacht, high end cars, airplane, and all the super high end toys. You are talking about like chubb and chartis type products.

Most of Florida is very difficult with regard to the property markets and has been especially since the mid-2000's. In particular. South Florida can be even tighter. Strong PPA markets are even tough in South FL.
Citizens will no doubt be your only source for the home.
As for the other lines, the contributors on this thread are correct to point you towards a local Independent Agency with significant markets.
