Having a store front

That's not being very woke of you. :)

Woke doesn't mean what you think it does. It's about racial injustice.

The only people that use that term, especially incorrectly, are the same people that believe Trump won the 2020 election. Can't fix ideology.

Worst case scenario is they would send a letter stating to stop using the verbage and/or to modify it etc. They certainly aren't knocking on your door at 3am in the morning with a loud speaker asking you to come out with your hands up :)

Too many get caught up in this......as long as you are doing the right thing for your clients that is all that matters.

LOL:D:D:D

Many on the left are recently trying to distance themselves from it, because its become a dirty word
But was not that way 4 or 5 years ago it was all the rage, Many wanted to be known as woke back then

No, it's a misused one. That's why people stopped using it.

You can literally look it up. Not on some hackery website.

Definition of WOKE

Unless now your argument is that the dictionary is "woke" ::eyeroll::

That's me on the election, but caving in to the Liberal Left on everything is being woke. Not just racial, but LBGQTXYZ, etc.

"Woke is an English adjective meaning "alert to racial prejudice and discrimination" that originated in African-American Vernacular English. Beginning in the 2010s, it came to encompass a broader awareness of social inequalities such as sexism, and has also been used as shorthand for left-wing ideas involving identity politics and social justice, such as the notion of white privilege and slavery reparations for African Americans. Nice... did you actually read the article that attribution was given to?

The initial meaning actually stayed intact until the 2016's on the Left. In 2017, it started being used, by the right, as a pejorative from the Right to encompass left ideology.

How being "woke" lost its meaning

And this, comment, in all its context, is exactly the problem with America today.

"You're little intellectual definition." "We all know what it means"

Maybe 5 months, out of all it's history (back to 1913), was it actually a slogan for a "broader political agenda" namely women's rights. That's essentially it.

It's not an intellectual definition. It's the definition. It's literally what the word means. The article that G presents spells it out. The Right co-opted a word to encapsulate what they believed was the entire "progressive agenda."

You bought, hook.. line.. and sinker. Congrats.

The day that you start putting into question a dictionary definition is literally when there is no source that you do not believe except one that confirms your bias. One that villianizes anything that is even remotely different from yours... because a victim always needs an offender.

It's not JUST the right, but it's just more common there...

It's literally the state of delusional that guys like G live in... because with absolutely zero actual evidence, guys like him believe that Trump won an election he clearly did not...

Even with a clear majority in the Supreme Court, nothing.

What happens in 2024 if Trump runs again and loses? That one obviously was rigged too.

Do we storm the Capitol again?

It's always rigged unless you win.. and even when you do, other parts where you lost were rigged too..

For a group that says they love Democracy and freedom, they sure know how to bow down to authoritarianism.
