Help with Nsf Customer

I checked again and The #'s are correct. 41.86 is a female Non Smoker @ age 65 preferred for CSI maybe there was a smoker vs non smoker rate viewed.

As for the 50 yr old Male non smoker @ RNA is 27.01 for 10 k vs 31.43 @ CSI - $4.42 more is out of the ball park? but than that is a 50 yr old male. The thread was regarding: who allows for drafts that work with Social Security deposits, Seems to me that question is geared/designed for the 65 and above crowd - and is less than a dollar as Rick pointed out.

As for the statement regarding there is a good story to back - I stated that wrong here it is from CSI website.
"In 1992, Warren Buffett, through his company Berkshire Hathaway, acquired CSI — making it a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., one of the strongest, most admired companies in the world."

RNA is not competivie for smokers. They are not so bad for smokers under age 60 but still not competive. Over 60 male smokers are never a good fit for RNA.

That's why one needs more than one company.

Thanks for the questions. Tells us about PHI, script checks, are medications considered treatment or maintenance? Lead programs? Anything special?

Just another average run of the mill application. Nothing special as I see it. If it is below par on commissions then its simply a product I don't see adding to my bag.

The main thing will be how liberal the UW is. The rates are just average.

Lead discounts on production would be nice as well.

The financial strength of the parent company means absolutely nothing. CSI is a separate entity and the parent comany assets do not support CSI liabilities. If CSI got into trouble B/H could bail them out but they could also decide not to put any more moeny at risk and let CSI go swirling down the drain. Sounds good to say they ar a part of B/H but there is no sustance to it.

* The agent will receive an underwriting decision at the point of sale
* Phone interviews are required on all cases and have been running under 15 minutes.
* The application does NOT require medications to be listed
* The underwriting is done based on the application questions, an Rx check is used to help determine if the applicant has a condition specified in the application questions, but simply taking maintenance medication is not a decline

Not absolute, there are ways the parent can be liable for the debts of a subsidiary. In this case I think the only benefit would be that B/H thought enough of the company to invest in it. AM BEST or the others are not going to consider B/H when determining a rating. ha

Who would you compare the application and rates to?
Some agents will not write below a certain Best rating looks like CSI is A+ pretty rare for a FE company.
