That's great being able to do that many things in the first 3 weeks. Maybe something for me to consider.
Answering phones and communicating with clients has gone well?
Just started that, as I have been completely starting over in a sense, I went though an entire rebranding FMO change a go high level change and changing Radius to agency block now, complete marketing changes
at first I just started with the data, then the systems, then moves to creative and just got her answering as of yesterday
her English sounds good, But she is a little nervous, I focused her on the questions, and she is doing better
once she is solid on that, I will probably feel comfortable with that in about a week, I will let her talk more and have her do more speaking to them
She has already called CRMs with questions when learning how to do things and by email and IM
and she has done a few calls with carriers for small things
she progresses really well
