How Complicated is Transferring Contracts Between MGA's

We are one of Mutuals top 10 FMO'S but you really can not do anything for 12 months with out a written release.

As on of Mutual's top 10 FMO's, do you provide a release upon request and do you point out the 12 month indentured servitude clause that nobody ever signs? Do you point out the release requirements for your other carriers prior to contracting?

Yes, and we can release agents unlike other pseudo FMO's
posting on this board. Most agents do not understand that
only the agency that has the contract with the carrier can release the agents. So the I offer excellent contracts and will release you at anytime pseudo FMO's here on this board
can not release you.

Thanks Brokerage and Rick...

Yeah I have recently learned from Frank about the no release from MOO and Gerber. I will be released. I'll make sure the little jerk who screwed me never gets another agent under him again if he doesn't. I am looking to him for Med Supp contracts. I'm an *** for not doing so sooner. I appreciate your response.

I may be looking for MA contracts though...

Who is the bad FMO that is giving you poor service? How did you first choose him?

Make sure you fully understand my statement.

I applied to an ad on Craigslist. I know... ***. The mistake I made was not getting my commissions in writing before I signed and sent the documents. If he doesn't release me by tomorrow afternoon though I will broadcast his name all over...

Realistically I doubt he cares...He is advertising on Craigslist for those agents that are uninformed.
