How Complicated is Transferring Contracts Between MGA's

I was sure to ask her up front how she feels about praying mantis and that I raise them. She is okay with them.

arnguy, lmao. You always make my day on here.

This is my year. New Girlfriend, New Car, New Insurance Company, I've got all new ideas to share later and I can just see this being a good year for me.

It just struck me that 2 out of the 3 on that list entail the cost of money sometimes signifigantly :)

The people that tell you that money does not matter, does not have any money. Money does matter. I mean love and family and is nice, but money is also nice to have.

Acvtually, Heidi is really cute. I think it is her case of terminal strabismus that gives her a certain panache. The people at the Berlin zoo say they will not try to realign her eyes.

Thanks for the kudos, Mark. I enjoy kidding with you because you are really a nice guy...and you have a sense of humor!

Its really easy to switch FMOs if you haven't written any business and don't have any unpaid advances. Just fill out a new request to contract, you typically don't need a release.

Sorry, you are incorrect by my personal experiences. RBI is refsing to release me and I haven't written business since 2008 and I do not owe them a dime.

Seems like we've heard of RBI doing this before. Rick?

In most cases the carrer will not require a release at the point you describe, it is an unusual circumstance.

The only one I know off the top of my head like that is with Mega/Insphere, they have a lock in provision with UHC that is apparently for your natural life unless they go out of business.
