So multiply that times 10, out of 70 leads, u close 40?? If so, you're the king of FE, Ive never heard of someone closing over 55% of their leads....what is you secret, cause most are in the 20-30% range!

I thought that was average. No secret. Knock on doors and talk to people.

You thought the avg FE agent closes 55% of their leads??? BS!! You read this forum enough to know thats nowhere near avg!
I would say a rough guess would be....
15-20% New Agent
20-30% Seasoned Agent
30-35% RockStar
Im sure Im not far off!
I mean the average intelligent agent not some of the fly by nights that pass through here. I feel like a mediocre agent in the field. I don't do anything special. I just talk to people
