newbies have to start somewhere and there is going to be pluses and minuses with every choice. your cluster has a lot of pluses. why can't you just be straight forward with people in this forum? i bet you would sign a lot more folks up that way. that is all i am trying to tell ya. good luck

when we start asking the tough questions, clusters just want to move on to the next agent. the reason siaa signs up so many agents is they say "this is how we do it". it's hard to trust someone who is not transparent. i'd rather not give up my freedom to siaa, but i would lean toward them if i thought it was my best decision. your company offers some carriers that the other clusters don't. honestly with you in charge of recruiting it minuses the good things out. like you said yourself, it is the intangibles that separate the clusters. one of those intangibles is the attitude at the top. are agents viewed as partners or mules? it's hard for me to believe that you were successful at selling anything. you have to at least be able to act like you view us as partners.
