How to Be More Efficient with Acord Forms?

Any pointers I'm taking hours to fill out forms at times and I don't have a complete understanding on how to fill them out. I do admit I do enough to get by and place the risk but any pointers or videos someone has seen and can share to be more efficient? I know the 125 & 126 are a given most of the time any pointers for a person that is pretty green to the commercial scene?

Reason why I ask is because I have learned a great deal from the great brokers on this board thanks for all the advice on various subjects.

I just want to get to the point where I can write the risk quicker and have more of an understanding on how to fill out the forms like a pro.

How costly is Applied Systems though? lol Pre-filling my Acord apps? YES PLEASE!

Depends on the number of stations. We have a 10 station license and pay about $800/month. Not sure what the purchase price is now.
