If the new agent is BOR, it is her job! If she drops the ball, oh well! If the new agent asks for your help, then my all means help. But business is business, it is not personal.
I would service my client until they were no longer my client and then I would get in touch with them every 3 months until they came back. Losing clients is part of the business, get thicker skin and move on to the next client or prospect.
Not true. The BOR letter said he was agent for 10 more days from the date of the letter. By law he is still their agent for 10 more days, and required to prudently & ethically service those clients for 10 more days.
