KSKJ double draft question...

Just fielded a very irate client who experienced a double draft from KSKJ Life.

Anyone else experiencing this sort of issue with them? 14 minutes into elevator music to talk to someone. I've heard talk of them becoming a rudderless ship... concerning me a bit.
