Make an Extra $30k Per Year

I didnt mean to offend ya! Sorry if I did, I was mocking him bc I assumed he was being sarcastic. Given a choice, I would rather work 9am-9pm than 6am-6pm. I ran my last appointment yesterday from 730-930pm, however I dont usually do that on a friday night!

We could all start work earlier and work later, and make more each year, but we have to remember the story that rousemark shared a couple weeks ago and remember to "Take time to do a little fishing"

Put your 5 years of hard knocks and working 6 days, 80+ hours a week - then you can worry about fishing.

Pay your dues first.

Ill assume your talking to me directly, and I agree with you. I worked 6+ years for a captive agency and my highest FE contract was 65%, got leads every few months but most appointments came from my own cold calling efforts, or from agents I was field training (and splitting comps with). Luckily I had a few other products in my bag, but still, you get the picture, you gotta hustle!:)

I dont mean to brag or anything like that, just trying to share my experience for the newer agents to get a well rounded picture.

I like to remind myself, "if you want what you've never had, you'll have to do what you've never done" not sure who to give credit to for that quote, but I think it is applicable to this business

More of a general statement and not directed at you.
