Need a Contact for Someone at Ritter

Preferably someone who will actually return a call.

Ritter is the new marketing agency for Health Net. I got my contract in the mail and I had questions, so I called them at their marketing line Monday and asked this (don't blindly sign contracts, people. Take 5 minutes and read them). They asked me which state I was in, I said Ohio, they transfer me to some guy named Carl, whom they said was working today, but out of the office at the moment, so I leave a message. No response. I do it again today. Same deal. No return call. Now it has been two days and two voicemails and no responses.

Almost every other business dealing I have, this would be the end of the contracting process, I would tear it up, as I consider this an example of shoddy customer service with an incompetent group I do not want to deal with. However, I have had a good relationship with HealthNet in the past, and people who know Ritter speak highly of him personally, if not his agency, so I'm willing to give them another chance and chalk this up to Ritter having an incompetent employee.

Ritter's website does not give a phone number except the 800 number I had been calling. I'd like to talk with someone directly who will actually either answer the phone or is professional enough to return a phone call.

Thanks. Feel free to PM it to me if you are uncomfortable replying to the post publicly.

They don't like returning phone calls. I write business for them and they still don't return calls in a timely fashion. Their one saving grace is the website.

I'm surprised to hear of your experience. Ritter is usually well thought of and one of the "good guys".

That's why I'm asking. Usually would just drop them and not give a second thought. But I've heard too many good things to not give them the benefit of the doubt that this is just one bad employee and Ritter is worth doing business with.

My experience has been similar to your with phone calls to RitterIM. I have had better luck when filling out one of their Service Request "Tickets" on the web site. it seems that the staff pays a little more attention to the customer this way.

I filled out a request for information twenty seven days ago and YESTERDAY someone called me back. I tried on numerous occasions to call them and have left at least seven messages, no callback. I went ahead and faxed over two contracts, no callback, no email, nothing, and I still, as of yesterday can not get anyone who seems to be able to tell me anything... I am starting to wonder??

I second filling out the "service ticket". That usually gets you about a week response time, in my experience, which sounds pretty good in contrast to never (which has also been my result from most voicemails).

Go through someone else is what I say, I call my fmo etc for help and someone answers the phone right away.

You guys must be blacklisted or something. They have always been very responsive to me.

I tried to contact with Ritter for Aetna during last years AEP and after several failed attempts, I just went direct with Aetna.
I guess I'm a small fish.
