I fax everything unless they write a check. Until they say I can't I will continue. I trust my fax more than the U.S. Mail

I fax 100% of them to UHC. Never complained.

I got some immediate acceptances using the online enrollment tool. So if you want fast, that's the quickest way (could also do membership online too).

I used to do faxing but found online to be easiests/quickest.

That only works if you're F2F. They don't have an actual e-app.

Agreed. Probably faxed a couple hundred from this office last year.

Not necessarily. One of things I like about selling the AARP/UHC med supp is they that monthly billing is no problem with them and they will even process a monthly billing application without a premium check if client is already an AARP member and if not already a member you only need to send the 16.00 AARP membership fee with application - or even better sign them up for AARP on the phone and get instant membership number to put on application. I also like the fact that on ETF's they don't draft until the 5th of the effective month witch makes replacement easier an easier process.

I never take a check for UHC supplements. I always fax them and never had a problem.
