New CMS Survey Trying to Catch Rouge Agents

This is not harmless. I'll bet that any and all complaints are treated seriously and I doubt they'd be much fun to defend. Can you imagine the personality of the CMS bureaucrat prosecuting a complaint?
I'm working to add med supps to my FE business. From what I know of the rules and consequences, I'm not likely to ever touch MA.

America use to be the home of the free and a bastion of free enterprises but we have became an enslaved socialist nanny state. Hence, the inability to talk to someone about a product unless they initiate the contact.

I believe that it is overprotection by the government of a class that have (infrequently) been abused by insurance agents. The few spoil it for the many. One bad agent can make a hundred look just as bad in the eyes of the public and government.

Well there's certainly no better example of where self policing has worked than annuity sales. A shining example for all to follow.

ah but there is more than self policing...Annuities are regulated by the state DOIs the same as the Healtj Insurance you used to sell....I'm sure we could dig up horror stories about health insurance....Oh yeah things where so bad it allowed Obamacare through.

How about changing the title of this thread from rouge (a cosmetic) to rogue?

When I first spotted it I thought it was about drag queen agents.
