Actually not but I misread their release rule. I've edited my post to say "you're one of the good guys."

Not trying to prevent any agent/agency from taking a better, or perceived to be better, opportunity. Just trying to protect myself from the agent that thinks he/she can get a release and be free of any chargebacks that come from business written prior to being released.
