norvax has sent out instructions to reset my email program. having problems. Anyone else who unse norvax haveing a problem? what did u do to correct?

I have not received that email. I have had other problems with them, but hopefully they are in the rear view mirror.

Oh well. Not in rear-view mirror any more. All email to Yahoo from Norvax is being returned for spam. This is not good.
Since I pay them handsomely for the autoresponder, I hope they will get this fixed shortly.
Other than that, they have been pretty reliable.

They wont, this problem has been going on for well over the date of the OP. I have another quote engine now however I have not installed it yet.
Yahoo kills off ALL email frrom the norvax system, no chance any potential consumers of Texas Health Insurance will ever get the auto responder.

We got blacklisted for our Norvax autoresponder. Had to explain how we DO NOT send out blast emails, and only email to people who contact us first. What a mess. With Quotit now, hasn't happened with them.

This happens from time to time. Just a matter of calling Norvax about the problem and having them take care of it.
(It looks like this is becoming more frequent. The ISPs constantly monitor spam and block domains that get used by spammers, even though spammers often "spoof" or forge their From: address. The company I use for email recently got blocked by Comcast so no one using their email server could email anyone at Comcast.

Biggest problem with quotit, their domain has a score of like 50% for email trust, so most of their email goes straight to spam anyway.

re: norvax is it possible to get the "view proposal" link embedded from your own autoresponder not tied to norvax?
