No. If you don’t pay the Medicare premium, you don’t get extra money from a giveback. That client is just confused.

That is what I always understood.The key takeaway here is that there are unscrupulous/poorly trained agents out there who mislead full duals into thinking they are going to get additional money back just to make a sale.I have spoke to many of my snp clients and prospects since Joe Namath was drafted to quarterback team Medicare Hotline who were lead to believe they could get more money by enrolling in a rebate plan .They usually believe me when I tell them they won't but this guy insisted his SS deposit increased by 80.00 a month so just checking I wasn't missing something.
