Someone mentioned earlier about high producers getting preference when it comes to bad behavior... I've seen first hand how a large company got rid of their #1 producer for some ethics issues. This is non-medicare, no CMS or similar. I would hope the with CMS involved, the carriers will take action.

I would say a lot depends on what it was, the evidence and company culture.

And it begins again...one of my clients called by a "person from Medicare". Wants to sit down THIS week and go over their drug plan ANOC and discuss the changes to their plan...
GTFO! Probably the same guy as last year. Same county, same type of client (meek, rural salt of the earth). This crap doesn't fly with my city folks. At least I have somewhat trained my people to call me when they get these kinds of calls.
