An appointment typically takes about 20% longer because T65's are clueless and confused.
I take great pride in educating my clients. They don't need to know all the details, but I want them to grasp the basic concepts of Medicare so they can make an informed decision for themself. It is better ethically and financially because you will retain them longer.
