The real issue is you can't effectively do the wave or the shuffle over the phone unless you use FaceTime.

I know several people that would fail if they had to set apts. Door knocking may be inefficient but for some it is their only way to make it in this business. I love apts myself but I'd door knock every lead if it was the only way I could stay in this business that I love.
