Radius BOB with VOIP Dialer

How much of a percentage of clients does this happen with maybe 5%

I use Zoho for a CRM and twilio telephony to be able to dial. I had the same thing happening so I started tracking it and it was 12% of my dials.

I never found out what was causing it or why so I ended up buying an Ooma office voip phone.

OK. So were you dialing through Radius or Zoho with Twilio when you noticed the problem?

If you answer Zoho then I see a pattern beginning to develop.

For those using RB, will they have a 10 year CMS compliant recording on file for this coming AEP?
Yes.

Inbound and Outbound Call Recording!
Already Built into Your Radius Account Stay Compliant...

Hey Tom,

CMS has outlined potential changes and requirements for #Insurance Agents and the phone calls they make to Leads & Clients eventually needing to be recorded and stored, similar to a Scope of Appointment...DON'T WORRY, RADIUS HAS YOU COVERED ALREADY!

Your Current Radius Account has a built in Call Recording Feature, which records Inbound and Outbound Calls made through Radius. Each Call Recording is stored on the Lead and Client Profile Page under the Call Recordings Tab. There you can easily listen to or download each recording. Each recording is available for as long as you want, 10 Years or Longer, just don't delete it.

Depending on your Radius Plan, you may only have the Outbound Click to Call Feature, but no Inbound Calling options. Only our VoIP Plans (Agent + VoIP) have Inbound and Outbound Call Recording. You may need to upgrade your account:

Account > Upgrade Account > Agent + VoIP (Or the Corresponding Plan)

They really need to make a cheaper option for inbound call recording. It's like $100 more a month for inbound. That's ridiculous.

I only use the dialer now and then. I don't have the incoming.

The issue I'm having is, I'm not always in front of my computer. Clients call me all the damn day during AEP and we have to record all MAPD/PDP calls. I downloaded a couple of phone recording apps but 1 out of 3 calls end up not recording.
