Radius BOB with VOIP Dialer

The issue I'm having is, I'm not always in front of my computer. Clients call me all the damn day during AEP and we have to record all MAPD/PDP calls. I downloaded a couple of phone recording apps but 1 out of 3 calls end up not recording.
Have you tried MedicareCenter or Search and Save?

none of those fix the issue with incoming calls. I'm barely in front of my computer. If I'm out and about, I answer my cell phone. Apple has call recording apps and they suck. When someone calls you, You have to tell them to hold on, open up the recording app, make another call from the app and then merge the call.
Not only that, it doesn't work 30% of the time.

Like I said many CO's like United and Humana have mentioned this 1 time . It won't and can't be enforced this aep . If it sticks there will be more solutions . Recording was made for stationary call centers not on the go agents . It's virtually impossible to record clients calls 8-10 times a day on a cell phone and properly put them in files

I use 8x8 for my agency and Ooma for another business I have. Both have recording capabilities that I don't use.

I have both set up to ring on everything I have. Desktop, laptop, tablet and cell. No matter where I'm at I get the call.

As for Radius, I have the voip plan and two of their inbound numbers. I have it set up to record both incoming and outgoing calls. I'm paying $80 a month for all that.

Kgmom219 had the best idea yet concerning incoming calls. A designated number for Medicare calls and a separate number for everything else.

Between these three, I've got CMS covered. Now all I've got to do is decide whether I want to play this silly game or not. I'm thinking not.

I don't see how Ooma can help me. Clients have had my cell phone number for up to 13 years. My cell phone is going to ring and it needs to be recorded. The phone apps make you put the client on hold, call another number, and then merge the calls. Even then, it's buggy. All of them.

I don't have an office line, home line, etc. Adding that now won't help.
I pay $68 right now for radius bob with no VOIP. When I go to add it, it's around $160 month. Even then, I don't think it'll help me when my cell phone rings. To record it.

And DonP, I'm not risking my renewals based on a hope that they don't worry about it too much at first. I make too much.

The VoIP Plan has a Call Forwarding Feature to an External Number (Cell Phone), which records calls. If a Lead or Client Calls your Inbound Number (Radius Number), then the call forwards to your Cell Phone, the call is recorded and stored to the Lead/Client Profile Page.
